The McCreary County Grand Jury met in regular session on October 9, 2023 and filed ten indictments on October 17, 2023.
Michael Anderson of Pine Knot, KY was charged with one count of Criminal Mischief in the First Degree and one count of Terroristic Threatening in the Third Degree.
Three counts were returned against Joshua Coffey of Whitley City, Ky: (1) Wanton Endangerment in the First Degree (2) Terroristic Threatening in the Third Degree (3) Assault in the Fourth Degree.
Tonya Daugherty of Parkers Lake, KY was charged with: (1) Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree (2) Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon (3) Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree.
One count of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, First Offense (Methamphetamine) was filed against Terry Jones of Stearns, KY. (Charged by the Commonwealth’s Attorney through the Rocket Docket-indictment by information.)
Willie Messer was charged with one count of (1) Strangulation, 1st degree and (2) Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree.
Tambra Mitchell, Parkers Lake, KY, was charged with (1) Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree.
Two counts were returned against Hannah Owens of Parkers Lake, KY for (1) Robbery in the First Degree and (2) Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disp Auto Value of $1,000 <$10,000. (Charged by the Commonwealth’s Attorney through the Rocket Docket-indictment by information.)
Aaron Ross (unknown address) was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree.
Adriana Wilson of Houston, Texas was charged with (1) Promoting Contraband, 1st Degree (2) Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, First Offense.
George Wilson of Pine Knot, KY was charged with (1) Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, First Offense (2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, First Offense (3) Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicants, First Offense and (4) Persistent Felony Offender in the First Degree.
Ronnie Wilson of Kingstown Road, Strunk, KY was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, First Offense.
Four counts were returned against Thomas Wilson of Pine Knot, KY: (1) Receiving Stolen Property of the Value of $1,000 or More (2) Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, First Offense (3) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, First Offense (4) Persistent Felony Offender in the Second Degree.
