Linda Darlene Wilson

Linda Darlene Wilson age 66 of Strunk, Kentucky passed from this life on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

She was born on July 19, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Dillard Eldridge and Rachel (Crabtree) Eldridge Watters. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Dillard “Buster” Eldridge.

Surviving family include her husband, Ronnie Wilson; her children, David Mathews and Tonya Mathews; brothers, Bill Eldridge and Bobby Eldridge (and Shannon); sisters, Kathy, Brenda, and Carol; and a special friend, Curtis Burton.

Also surviving are grandchildren, Shaina Nichole Chitwood, Sierra Bass, Marissa Brown, and Miranda Mathews; and great-grandchildren, Sadie Mathews, Aleigha Woods, Stella Woods, Attica Brown, and Stratton Brown.

Linda was a member of the Pine Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, swimming, and being with her grandchildren.

Per Linda’s wishes, a private burial was held, and she was laid to rest in the Silerville Cemetery.

Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
