Robert ‘Bobby” Frazier

Robert “Bobby” Frazier, age 82, of Oneida, Tennessee, husband of Sylvia Ramsey Frazier, passed away Monday, December 1, 2025, at the Park West Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee, and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 5, 2025 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Braxton King officiating. Burial followed in the McCreary Memorial Gardens.

Bobby was born on September 14, 1943, in Martin, Kentucky, to Alonzo Raymond Frazier and Ruby Hazel Boto Frazier. He worked as a machine operator at Merit Plastics in East Canton, Ohio, and later retired from Walmart. Bobby enjoyed the simple and joyful parts of life—fishing, hunting, loading ammo, watching University of Kentucky basketball, and relaxing on the porch swing. In his younger years, he loved playing softball. Most recently, he enjoyed watching Westerns, Star Trek, and Battlestar Galactica. Above all, his greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Preceding him in death were his parents and brother, Jimmy Frazier.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Frazier, sons, Kyle Frazier and Jason Frazier, daughter, Daphne Estes, step-daughters, Tanya Elyce Daugherty and Shawna Daugherty, brothers, Ray Frazier, sister, Teresa Frazier, grandchildren, Ashton, Jonathan, Austin, Madison Brandon, Gracie, Dani, Bryson Hickman and great grandchild, Freya Hickman.

Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home was honored to serve the family of Robert “Bobby” Frazier.
